Preparation of the order

Please allow a minimum of 1-2 business days for order preparation when you place your order on our website. You will then receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup as soon as it is prepared.

 

Pickup at our warehouse

You can tell us the date and time you want to pick up your goods. Then, an email will be sent to you indicating that your order is ready for pickup. You must wait to receive it before coming to pick up your order. To pick up your order, you must come to our warehouse, located at the back door of our head office, with an ID and the order confirmation email. You will have 2 business days to pick up your order after receiving the email.

 

Home delivery

For orders placed online, we offer a door-to-door delivery service. If you choose this option and you are located within 35 km the cost is $90 and within 50 km the cost is $100. If you are located outside this distance, an expert will contact you within a maximum of 2 business days to confirm the applicable delivery charges, which may vary depending on the weight and destination.

Please note that at the time of finalizing your order, a pre-authorization will be made including a maximum of $350 in shipping charges. Your products will be reserved until one of our expert contacts you. Once the final amount is approved and your order is ready for shipping, the actual amount of your order will be charged to the credit card provided.

Installation Service

Our dealers offer installation service. To request a quote, contact the Deco Surfaces dealer nearest you. Our experts can then schedule a visit to evaluate the costs.
