What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving or picking up your order, upon presentation of the original receipt. Unused product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. (Follow the model of packaging required by Deco Surfaces the return and refund will be refused) Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. Customers are responsible for transportation costs associated with the return or exchange. If the packaging is not respected, we will refuse your return.
